Good morning,

The country and markets are still trying to fully understand the impact of last week’s announced tariffs, which spared semiconductors but still hit critical chipmaking equipment and GPUs. The tariffs have spooked many including billionaire investor Bill Ackman. China has clapped back at the tariffs levying restrictions on the export of critical and rare earth minerals including: samarium, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, lutetium, scandium, and yttrium-related items.
