Good morning,

U.S. politics continue to heat up—both figuratively and literally. Over the weekend, an arsonist in Harrisburg, PA attempted to torch Democratic Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro’s residence. Shapiro and his family were able to escape, and authorities have a suspect in custody. The feds also charged a 17 year old Wisconsinite this weekend for the death of his parents in an allegedly elaborate plot to raise money for an attempted assassination of President Trump.

This week didn’t see a lot of big movements in Quantum Computing and Sensing, although there are signs of broader support for these efforts. Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) introduced three bipartisan bills in the Senate to expand federal leadership in quantum tech across defense, commercialization, and manufacturing.

Several stealth AI models have emerged recently, including Night Whisper and Quasar Alpha. Stealth AI models are released when the designer wants to remain anonymous for any of several reasons.…
